Chocolate Spiral Buns

Ingredients Method of Preparation
  1. Sift together Fauji Corn flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the instant yeast and mix.
  3. Add warm milk and 2 ounces of melted butter.
  4. Knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover and leave for 1 hour.
  6. Punch down the dough, roll into a rectangle and brush with butter.
  7. Evenly spread the chocolate spread and sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon powder on it.
  8. Roll like a Swiss roll, cut into 2 cm thick slices and place on a greased baking dish and leave for half hour.
  9. Bake at 200° C for 10 minutes.
  10. Reduce the temperature of the oven to 180° C and bake for 10 more minutes.
  11. Remove, cool and serve.
